This customer is from Italy. Used our Mochuan plc controller and HMI monitor panel. It was hard at first, because customer had high requirement. It was full of many query. Because this customer wanna developed a new device. He needed to consider more, such as the cost, advantage, where can do market articles for this new field. He was worry our product not any bright spot for him. So before made the order, we spent lots of time to communicate in his device design, selection model and how do make the programming project file for his new energy industry.
