What Is A Micro PLC Controller?

The micro PLC controller, also known as a micro programmable logic controller, is a compact and cost-effective version of a traditional PLC. It is designed for small to medium-sized automation applications where space and budget constraints are important considerations. Micro PLCs typically have a smaller number of I/O (input/output) points compared to larger PLCs but offer similar programming capabilities, allowing them to perform control and monitoring functions for various industrial processes. They are commonly used in applications such as standalone machines, building automation systems, and other low- to mid-level automation tasks. Despite their smaller size, micro PLCs can still provide the necessary flexibility and functionality required for many industrial control applications.



How Does A PLC Controller Work?

This PLC controller works by continuously scanning its input devices to detect any changes in their state. These input devices can include sensors, switches, and other instruments that provide information about the process being controlled. Once a change in input is detected, the PLC processes this information based on its programmed logic and performs the necessary control actions, such as activating or deactivating outputs, based on the programmed instructions. This cycle of input scanning, processing, and output control happens repeatedly at a very fast rate, allowing the PLC to effectively monitor and control the industrial process in real time.

Features of Micro PLC Controller

MU1H-0816MTD-6LC, MU1H-0814MTD-4L, MU1H-9LC integrates temperature control:

1.Supports all functions of MU1H series main module.

2. Integrates multi road temperature sampling and control;

3. Support self-turnning function and power off keeping function.

4. Flexible configuration for output, could be used as temperature control output, aslo the general output.


Super Extender System: Max extended I/P points pf MU1H plc is 256points, with integrated 2AD-1DA/ 2PT-1DA and supported 2pcs I/O or specification function module.

Integrates PID function: MU2H series main module integrates temperature control function, matched with MU2H series TC, PT module, Max 32road TPID could not made supporting the self-determining function of TPID parameter.

Three Programming Language: ladder, instruction list, SFC which could be interconverted. As for conversion between ladder and instruction list, annotation could be kept.
